Happy New Year PPTers!
With the surge of Omicron cases we have a few schedule updates for the first week of January. From there we will take things day by day or week by week as Public Health Orders allow. We will do our best to send out emails or Whats App Notifications in advance.
Sunday January 2nd: Two options are available:
- The regular indoor workout at the Winnipeg Rowing Club. Door Open at 8:15. with Pat
- There will also be a virtual bike workout offered over Zoom at 8:30am with Jared. (link will be emailed to members and sent out via Whats App.
Tuesday January 4th: NO WORKOUT. We were just advised that the University would only be permitting Bison athletes in on this evening. We don’t yet have further information for following weeks. Much likely depends on PHO. There is a workout posted on Training Peaks, however based on our very cold weather, don’t attempt this workout outdoors. Adjust your run based on your perceived exertion. If you have access to a treadmill it could still work well!!
Wednesday January 5th: Virtual workout at 6:30pm with Jared. A Zoom link will be sent out via email and Whats App before the workout
Saturday January 8th: Outdoor Run 8:30 at the Duck Pond.
Sunday January 9th: TBA. We expect to have further information available from the province later in the week to allow us to make an informed decision about how to safely proceed!
