Saturday November 5th: NO RUN!

Triathlon Manitoba is bringing in Lucy Smith for a two-part run clinic on Nov 4 & 6! Lucy is Triathlon Canada’s Manager of Coach and Athlete Development and she raced as a professional and high performance athlete for over 30 years. Needless to say, she knows her stuff.
On Nov 4, Lucy will be coaching a track session at the UoM Max Bell Field House. There are two options for the track session, a 6 pm start and a 7:30 pm start. We are encouraging PPT members to sign up for the 7:30 pm session.
Details for the Friday session:
On Nov 6, Lucy will be leading an outdoor run and presentation. Don’t worry, showers are available post-run so you don’t have to sit in your sweaty run gear for the presentation! This is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with the team, interact with other clubs, pick up tips to improve your run for 2023 and get back into a regular running schedule for the upcoming training season. Oh, and Triathlon Manitoba will be providing cinnamon buns as a post-run treat. If that doesn’t sway you to sign up, I don’t know what will.
