Looking ahead we have a few small schedule updates for March!!
We will maintain our regular training schedule for the month until Wednesday March 22nd.
Tuesday night at 6pm University of Manitoba Track: Track Run
Wednesday Night at 6:30pm at Winnipeg Rowing Club: Indoor Bike
Saturday Morning: 8:30am at Big Sky Running Company (194 Tache AVE): Outdoor Long Run
Sunday Morning: 8:30am at Winnipeg Rowing Club: Indoor Bike, Outdoor Run, Circuit
The big change here is the Long Run Start location on Saturday morning at BIG SKY RUN CO.
Spring Break: Prairie Performance Triathlon will be taking a transition week (this means no workouts) over March school spring break. No workouts will take place from Saturday March 25th to Sunday April 2nd. Regular workouts will resume the week of Monday April 3rd. (We do make some changes to workouts, days and locations, so stay tuned!).
We are hoping that when we continue workouts in April that everything will be taking place outdoors, however these workouts will be weather dependent. We are hoping that 2023 Spring will NOT be like 2022 Spring and we get rolling outdoors in early April!! Get those bikes tuned up for outdoor weather!
