This is an outdoor group run.
The location may vary, updates will be sent out the week of via the PPT What's App Group Chat. This run is intended to be an aerobic endurance building run with some small efforts built in as people are feeling fit and depending on conditions. Please make sure you're dressed for the weather or terrain (snow, ice etc). There are usually many different paces that attend these groups, as such we will do our best to make sure that people are grouped together with people of similar pace. When that is not possible, we will make sure that everyone knows the route and faster groups will circle back for slower groups to keep everyone somewhat together.

Winnipeg Rowing Club, 20 Lyndale Dr, Winnipeg, MB R2H 3H2, Canada
This is an indoor bike workout. Doors will open for set up at 8:15am. Workout begins at 8:30am. Athletes will need their bike, Windtrainer, shoes, clothing. Towels, nutrition and hydration are recommended. Following the bike we will do a 20-30 minute circuit. Then there is an optional 20-30 minute outside run in the neighbourhood (sometimes on Lyndale, sometime on the river, sometimes around the Forks).

This is an indoor track run workout at the university of manitoba. We will meet indoors at the far north east corner of the track (by the water fountains). Workout consists of a warm up run, Drills and strides, a main set and a cool down. Please come with a water bottle, towel and indoor running clothing and shoes.
