TRAINING SCHEDULE

All workouts and schedules are subject to change. Please check the calendar page for the latest updates.

Typical Winter schedule (November to March):

  • Tuesdays (6:15-8:15 pm): coached indoor bike workout or virtual (Robert A. Steen Community Centre).
  • Wednesdays (6:00-7:30 pm): coached indoor track workout (Max Bell Track, U of M)
  • Saturdays (9:00-11:30 am): coached indoor bike workout or virtual, and outdoor run (Robert A. Steen Community Centre)

Typical Spring/Summer Workouts (April to August):

  • Tuesdays or Thursday (6:00-7:30 pm): coached outdoor ride (various locations).
    • Rides times could shift depending on weather and daylight hours
  • Wednesdays (6:00-7:30 pm): coached outdoor track workout (location TBD)
  • Saturdays: Training Peaks workout available or Member organized workouts

Additional workouts, including two swims, two bike workouts and two runs, are available on Training Peaks for full members.
