DESCRIPTION
- Weekly plan including 2 rides/week that will be updated at least monthly in Training Peaks
- Tuesday and Saturday indoor group ride will be led by the bike coach during the winter season. In the Spring and Summer season, the group ride will be lead by the coach on Tuesday with a Training Peaks ride available for Saturday. Self organized member group rides are available on Saturdays.
- If you have any questions, please reach out to the coach during the workout. Scheduling a time with the coach may be required depending on the question.
- Athletes are encouraged to arrive on time as the workout will start at 6:30pm on Tuesday and 9:15am on Saturday. Doors open 15 mins ahead of scheduled workout to allow for setup time.

- Water bottle
- Bike and bike trainer (extra trainers available for new members to borrow short term)
- Yoga mat for core session post ride on Saturday
- Arriving on time and ready ensures athletes are properly warmed up to reduce injury and prevent disruption of the workout or missing key information
- If athletes need to leave early, please inform the coach prior to leaving
