ATHLETE CHECKLIST

- Yoga mat for circuits and stretching
- Proper and well fit running shoes
- Run appropriate clothing for indoor running during the winter and weather appropriate for outdoors in the summer
- NO Headphones allowed on the track indoors (due to safety issues)
- Arriving on time and ready ensures athletes are properly warmed up to reduce injury and prevent disruption of the workout or missing key information
- If athletes need to leave early, please inform the coach prior to leaving.
