ATHLETE CHECKLIST

  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mat for circuits and stretching
  • Proper and well fit running shoes
  • Run appropriate clothing for indoor running during the winter and weather appropriate for outdoors in the summer
  • NO Headphones allowed on the track indoors (due to safety issues)
  • Arriving on time and ready ensures athletes are properly warmed up to reduce injury and prevent disruption of the workout or missing key information
  • If athletes need to leave early, please inform the coach prior to leaving.
